1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Amigo, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Amigo. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Clerk authentication credentials.
• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• RaineTech reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Amigo to:

• Upload or share content that is illegal, offensive, or harmful.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten your designated accountability Amigo.
• Attempt to circumvent any security features or subscription requirements.
• Upload automated scripts or bots to manipulate task data.

5. Amigo Accountability Model

• Amigo is a tool for mutual accountability. RaineTech is not responsible for the actions, verifications, or conduct of your chosen amigo.
• The 'verification' of a task is a social agreement between users and does not constitute a legal guarantee of task completion.

6. Subscriptions and Payments (RevenueCat & Apple)

• Premium features are managed via RevenueCat and processed through the Apple App Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Refunds are governed by Apple's App Store policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and code related to Amigo are the property of RaineTech. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Amigo is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. RaineTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including missed deadlines or amigo disputes.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or RaineTech.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RaineTech operates.
